The Bones still Whisper

There’s an old building just off the backroad, tucked between a stand of maples and time. The roof is sagging, the windows long gone, and vines have claimed every edge they could reach. Most people pass it without a second glance - just another forgotten structure, sinking back into the dirt.
But me? I see it.

The way the afternoon light slips through where the windows once were like a memory.
The silence that isn’t empty - but sacred. I don’t just take photos of buildings. I document resilience. What time tried to erase but couldn’t quite. What still stands, even if no one’s looking.
Somewhere between ruin and remembrance, there’s beauty. And my lens lives right there.
