The Blog That Gets Pushed to the Side

I have written a few blogs that I never posted.
There are a multitude of reasons why, but maybe it’s because they’re too real - even for me. They hold a power I’m not sure I want to unleash. A truth I don’t care to share. They come from a deep depth of my soul that I prefer to keep tucked away… for now anyway.
They sit in drafts, untouched but not forgotten. Like emotional time capsules, sealed with trembling hands. Some were written in tears. Others in anger. A few in the quiet hush of 3AM when the world is asleep, and my heart forgets how to lie.
But here's the thing I've learned:
Not every story has to be told right away. Not every wound has to be shown to be valid. Sometimes, the writing itself is the healing - even if no one ever reads it.
Still…Part of me wonders if those blogs - the ones I hide - are the ones people might need most.
Not polished. Not inspirational. Just honest.
So maybe one day, I’ll share them.
But today, I’m honoring the version of me who wasn’t ready. Who wrote anyway. Who faced the feelings, even if she couldn't face the world with them yet.
Because even the blog that gets pushed to the side still matters.
